Marc Law

Marc Law worked as economic researcher at The Fraser Institute until August 1998 when he began doctoral studies in economics at Washington Universit y in St. Louis, Missouri. He has a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from the University of British Columbia and an M.A. in Economics from Queen's University. He has been the author or co-author of a number of studies including The Federal Liberal Government in Action: A Report Card Issued to the Chretien Government, The Harris Governmen t: A Mid-Term Review, Debunking the Myths: A Review of the Canada-US Free Trade Agreement and the North American Free Trade Agreement, Bank Mergers: The Rational Con solidation of Banking in Canada, Is There a Youth Unemployment Crisis? and The Economics of Minimum Wage Laws. His articles have appeared in several newspapers, incl uding The Financial Post, The Calgary Herald, and The Edmonton Journal.
