Even the Nazi leaders tried at Nuremberg were found to be innocent, and were innocent, of some of the charges against them, despite their well-deserved reputations. One cringes at the thought of the ammunition those denying the holocaust would have been given had the judges at Nuremberg adopted the illogic of this Panel and of John Stubbs.
